The Ideas Engine has three moving parts:
Two sources feed the inbox:
Each tool does what it's actually good at: Drive reads the raw material, Notion stores and organises the finished lessons. Nothing gets copy-pasted by hand.
It uses the stuff you already collect. Your team already screenshots competitor ads, clips articles, and forwards "we should try this" links. Almost none of it gets used. This is where those inputs become a real idea instead of dying in a tab.
The ideas actually survive. Generic AI hands you the same twelve tactics everyone gets. This runs on your real results and your recent reading, so ideas come out already filtered through what works in your category.
It compounds. A normal AI chat starts cold every time. This gets better every week you feed it. Six months in, you're pulling from a private library no competitor has.
It gets out of one person's head. The senior operator's instinct for "that won't work here" and the junior's fresh external examples both feed the same database. A new hire can produce on-brand ideas on day one.
It kills the blank page. When you plan content or a campaign, you filter the database and hand your AI a view built from your own track record.
