Overview
This SOP demonstrates how to transform your Meta Ads export data into actionable dashboards using either Claude (claude.ai) or Gemini (Google AI Studio). Both AI assistants will analyze your campaign performance, diagnose issues, and provide strategic recommendations using advanced media buying logic.
Prerequisites
What You'll Need:
- Meta Ads data export (CSV format preferred)
- Export from Meta Ads Manager → Reports → Export
- Include columns: Campaign Name, Ad Set Name, Ad Name, Spend, Revenue, Impressions, Link Clicks, Purchases, 3-Second Video Plays, ThruPlays
- Breakeven ROAS target (default: 1.6 if not specified)
- Time period context (e.g., "Last 30 days", "Q4 2024")
Option 1: Using Claude (Recommended for Complex Analysis)
Step 1: Access Claude
- Navigate to claude.ai
- Log in to your account
- Start a new conversation
Step 2: Prepare Your Prompt
Copy the full system instruction prompt (provided below in Section 4) into Claude's chat interface.
Step 3: Upload Your Data
Method A: File Upload (Preferred)
- Click the paperclip icon (📎) or drag-and-drop your CSV file
- Claude will automatically read the file contents
